Our Promise
We want you to love your Tap. Health purchase and feel confident in your experience with us. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right. This policy outlines how returns, refunds, and replacements are handled.
30-Day Return Policy
You may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order if you’re not completely satisfied. To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging unless the return is clearly because the product has not worked for the consumer.
- We cannot accept returns for change of mind once a product has been opened or used, due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing fault.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a confirmed fault or our error.

Order Cancellation Policy:
“If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@taphealth.nz
We will endeavour to cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order — in this case you may return the unopened product in line with our Return Policy, subject to shipping costs and eligibility criteria.”For international orders, customs, duties, and shipping charges remain the responsibility of the buyer. Any cancellation after dispatch may incur the return shipping from your country to New Zealand at your cost.
Warranty and Faulty Products
We take pride in the quality of our products. If you experience an issue, we offer a 12-month warranty on manufacturing faults for all Tap. Health devices and accessories. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we’ll replace your item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately at hello@taphealth.nz if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue promptly and work with you to find the best solution.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for used or opened items such as wearable sticky pads, electrodes, or devices that have been in contact with skin, unless a fault is confirmed.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please email hello@taphealth.nz with your order number, details of the issue, and clear photos + video if applicable. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
International Orders
Tap. Health is not liable for any tariffs, duties, or customs fees associated with international orders. These are determined by your local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay applicable import fees may result in non-delivery of your order. If these charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to sender, any refund issued will be less all shipping costs and any fees incurred as a result of the return.
