Wholesale Details

Wholesale pricing: Our standard wholesale rates are available to approved stockists. Discount tiers vary depending on order size and location (NZD / AUD pricing available).

Minimum order: Opening orders start from 12 units.

Shipping: Orders ship from New Zealand via DHL Express and are dispatched within 2 business days.

  • NZ: 1–3 business days
  • AU: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days

Shipping is invoiced once the shipping label is generated for price accuracy. Usually, 12-unit orders cost about $85 NZD with larger 60-unit orders costing around $230 NZD as a rough estimate.

Australian Tax Exempt: Tap 2.0 is classed as a medical device and therefore tax exempt under section B141.

Payment options: Secure payment via bank transfer or card at checkout. Accounts available for approved retailers.

  2. We’ll review your business details and send our current wholesale price list.
  3. Once approved, you can order directly through our online portal (coming soon) or by email.
  4. Your order will ship with tracking within 48 hours of confirmation.
