Shipping policy
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order is packed and on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Within New Zealand
We ship nationwide from our Tauranga warehouse. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days, though rural delivery may take a little longer.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen service, but most orders arrive within 7–14 business days.
Tap. Health is not responsible for any tariffs, duties, or customs fees associated with international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
If these charges are not paid and the parcel is returned to sender, any refund issued will be less all shipping costs and any fees incurred as a result of the return.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary based on your location and the weight of your order. We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions — keep an eye on our emails and social media for updates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link. If you haven’t received tracking details within five business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@taphealth.nz.
Delivery Issues or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@taphealth.nz with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to make it right.
Returns Shipping
If you’re returning an item, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
