Purchase Options 

We offer both one-time purchases and subscription options for select Tap. Health products. Subscription customers enjoy automatic deliveries at their chosen frequency, with savings and flexibility built in.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time by logging into your Tap. Health account. From there, you can update your delivery frequency, skip an order, or cancel your subscription entirely.

Please ensure any changes or cancellations are made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the upcoming cycle.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by contacting us at hello@taphealth.nz. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we’re unable to cancel or refund that shipment.

If you experience an issue or wish to discuss your subscription, our team is happy to help find a solution that works for you.

Failed Payments or Renewals

If a subscription payment fails, you’ll receive an automated email to update your payment method. We’ll attempt to process the payment again after 24 hours. If payment is not completed, your subscription may be paused until updated.

Refunds for Subscription Orders

Refunds for subscription purchases are processed in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please note that refunds are not available for change of mind or orders already fulfilled.

Pre-Orders

From time to time, Tap. Health offers products for pre-order before their official release. Pre-orders allow you to secure your product in advance and ensure you don’t miss out on high-demand launches.

Payment: Full payment is required at the time of pre-order to confirm your item. Your order will be shipped as soon as the product becomes available.

Estimated Dispatch: Estimated dispatch dates are provided on the product page. These dates are subject to change due to manufacturing or shipping delays, but we’ll keep you updated if any changes occur.

Cancellation: Pre-orders can be cancelled for a full refund up until the order is processed for shipment. Once your item is dispatched, it will fall under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Combined Orders: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together when the pre-order item becomes available unless otherwise arranged. If you’d like the in-stock items sooner, please place a separate order.
