Online Store Terms

Products and Services

We have made every effort to display our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee your device’s screen displays colors exactly as they appear in person.
Order Cancellation Policy:
“If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at hello@taphealth.nz
We will endeavour to cancel your order before it is shipped. If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel the order — in this case you may return the unopened product in line with our Return Policy, subject to shipping costs and eligibility criteria.”
Wholesale Accounts
Tap. Health offers wholesale pricing to approved stockists and health professionals. All wholesale orders are subject to the following terms:
- Wholesale accounts must be approved by Tap. Health. We reserve the right to review or revoke wholesale access at any time.
- Minimum purchase quantities may apply and vary by product.
- Wholesale pricing is provided exclusively for resale purposes and may not be shared publicly. Recommended retail prices (RRP) are suggested but not enforced.
- Orders must be paid in full before dispatch unless prior written arrangements are approved.
- Wholesale customers are responsible for shipping, import duties, and tariffs. Tap. Health is not liable for any customs fees or delivery delays.
- Returns are not accepted for change of mind. Faulty or damaged products must be reported within 7 days for assessment.
- Stockists agree to represent Tap. Health products accurately and in alignment with our brand values and approved marketing materials.
