Charge your tap. before first use
Instructions:
1. Secure the tap. unit into your singular sticky pad, (or plug 2x electrode attachment into tap. unit) or both!
2. Peel the backing off electrode/pad and stick to lower abdomen or lower back where pain is most intense.
3. Long press power button to turn unit on
4. Short press power to select desired mode
5. Press + or - buttons to increase or decrease intensity (1-20). Auto shuts off after 1 hour, turn on again as needed.
Tap. tip: try each mode and see which one works best for you or use at directed by your physiotherapist or clinical specialist.

Do not use this device if you have a epilepsy, cardiac pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, or other implanted metal/electronic device. Use could cause electric shock, electrical interference, or death.
Contraindications:
1) The device should not be used in areas relating to lesions or internal bleeding from injury.
2) The device should not be applied over swollen, infected, inflamed areas or broken skin.
3) Electrode placement should be avoided in the neck, head and chest. This device is intended for use on the lower abdomen and lower back area.
4) Use of this device on a scar (ie, c-section) before proper healing could result in agitation of skin.
5) This device is intended for users over the age of 16 or with supervision.
6) Do not use device near water as there is risk of electric shock. Never apply pads to wet, oiled or lotioned skin. Store device in a dry place away from heat, water and freezing temperatures.
7) Do not place electrodes on top of each other when device is in use.
8) Discontinue if application of device feels uncomfortable and does not aide in the relief of pain or if you have an allergic reaction to sticky pad.
19) Always use as directed and consult with your leading health professional. Keep out of reach of children.

Our replacement pads are medical-grade, reusable, and designed to work safely and effectively with Tap 2.0 when cared for properly.
How long do pads last?
Replacement pads typically last aprox. 20 uses, depending on:
- Skin type
- Placement area
- Frequency of use
- How well they’re cared for
If a pad no longer sticks well, feels uncomfortable, or doesn’t deliver stimulation evenly, it’s time to replace it.
How to care for your pads
Proper care extends pad life and comfort:
- Apply pads to clean, dry skin only (no oils, lotions, or creams)
- After use, gently place pads back onto the clear plastic backing
- Store flat, away from heat and direct sunlight
- If pads collect lint, you can lightly wet clean fingers with water, rub gently on adhesive (sticky) side of pad, air dry 5-10 mins, and reapply to the backing (do not scrub or use soap). Ensure pad is completely dry before next use.

- Pads are for external use on skin only
- Do not use on broken, irritated, or infected skin
- Stop use if you experience discomfort and contact our support team if unsure
Which pads should I choose?
- Butterfly pad: great for lower back or front pelvic placement
- Discreet pad: ideal for everyday wear under clothing
- Standard round electrodes: best for targeted areas or customised placement
- 25mm Vulvodynia electrodes: when directed by a pelvic health clinician for treatment of pain & sensitivity
- XL Butterfly: great for back pain or larger targeted relief
- Curvy Tummy Pad: designed to sit under the natural overhang of a curvy tummy for pelvic relief.
Many users keep spare pads on hand, especially if using Tap regularly or during flare-ups.

We stand by your Tap 2.0. If you experience any manufacturing faults within 12 months, we'll make it right (accidents, misuse, and normal wear of pads excluded).
Not in love with your device? You can return it within 30 days (device and unopened accessories) for a refund.

This machine has been truly a lifesaver for me as someone living with adeno/endo. It really helps me on days when I need to be upright for work, on transition days, and in that awful time before pain meds kick in if I have a particularly bad bleed. It has reduced my reliance on meds dramatically. I rarely leave reviews, but I had to come here and say how much of a blessing it's been for me in alleviating my pain.

At first it felt really ticklish but I found the right setting for me and when I tell you as a endo girly, this got me through uni even on my worst days of my period. Highly recommend very very worth it
This device has been life changing. I’ve been using a different tens machine for muscular pain in my upper back upper which worked well but I was not able to use it as often as needed as it was bulky and difficult to use at work. The tap 2,0 works just as well but it’s discrete and I can leave it on all day and turn it on and off as needed which has been amazing. The battery life has been excellent.

I asked for this for my birthday a month ago as I had done research and saw that TENS could help with chronic pain, especially related to muscle pain. I was cautious when first using it but after some time of using it I could really feel the improvements. I now wish I had tried TENS earlier! I can now help relief muscle pain within a few days compared to 1-2 weeks of massages with Voltaren. This was by far the best thing I got for my birthday.

FANASTIC! I wish these were more common knowledge! I've been telling everyone and anyone that I am finally free of the pain and they could be to! I was skeptical at first, but it works. I had been curious about TENS machines for a while and was looking for something to use to manage the tension headaches without popping painkillers so often. As long as its not a bad one it does a pretty decent job at giving me some relief and extending time not using painkillers so i'm pleased about it, especially with how discrete it is I can use it at work and noone has notice haha. I found it more effective for period pain however, which makes sense as its been tailored to that use and Its again, great ot have something to help that isnt painkillers! All in all i'm glad I have this option in my pain management kit!
I’ve been using TAP for my first postpartum period and I’m SO grateful for it. The gentle hum against my skin has been soothing and calming during some of the worst cramps I’ve ever experienced in my life. TAP is a game changer and Maxine has been amazing answering any questions that I’ve had. Highly recommend to any woman who has a uterus or who has chronic pain. My friend who is a hairdresser used it for a few hours and she said she’d never had so much instant relief before. LOVE!
Purchased mine . Arrived late due to stock even tho at the time of purchase it wasn't a pre order . Over a month I believe is when I received my package. Apart from that delay its working really well. Not just for my endometriosis but for other pain. Only recommendation is that it comes with the plug to charge not just the cord as I didn't have a USB adapter
I ordered one roughly a month or so ago and it has been amazing! so far I have used it almost everyday as I have Endo and nerve damage from surgery, it is wonderful as I can use it without any cords if I want and it is easily hidden under my clothes so I am able to wear it out and about or in bed, I also love all the different modes it has, overall this is the best solution to chronic pain that I have used, I am not a fan of taking strong painkiller's often so this has been a life saver for me, I cannot recommend it enough!
I used during early labour and into active labour. It worked wonders. I also used it for postpartum contraction pain. I would 100% recommend if you are an expecting mother.

Since using TAP I have noticed that pain throughout my monthly cycle has definitely been more bearable and manageable since using my TAP machine - I try to avoid taking medication for pain, so having a natural pain relief alternative has really changed things for the better. Being able to move the TAP to desired areas to manage the pain has been great !! Working a physical job and being able to wear a device that is portable, doesn’t get in the way or fall off has allowed me to carry on normal tasks without added interference + it fitting under clothes and being so discreet is really wonderful.
