Providing hands free heat therapy, the 12 panel has strategically placed ties on the sides so that the top can fit snugger around your waist and the bottom tie can sit looser around the hips. Wearable while you move or rest, providing relief.
Handmade in Aotearoa using 100% cotton and filled with rice, it offers steady heat and a calming, weighted feel. The larger 12 panel design delivers extended coverage and deeper comfort for flare ups, cramps, and chronic pain.
Each heat pack comes with its own custom cotton bag. This is perfect for heating in, to keep your heat pack clean.
We work with some deadstock fabrics, and all fabrics are limited to availability. All products are thoughtfully made with natural materials, minimal waste, and love.

To Heat
• Microwave up to 4 minutes
• Always heat inside your cotton bag to protect the fabric of the heat pack from getting dirty
• Reduce time if reheating shortly after use.

To Clean
• Do not wash or submerge heat pack
• Spot clean gently with a damp cloth if necessary
• Storage bag is machine washable – cold wash, dry flat.

To Store
• Keep in a cool, dry place
• Let pack cool fully before storing

Safety
• Turntable in microwave must rotate freely
• Test temperature before placing on skin
• Not suitable for children without supervision
• Discontinue use if burnt smell or damage appears
