Charge your tap. before first use
Instructions:
1. Secure the Tap. unit into an electrode pad of your choice, (or use electrode cord to connect two electrode pads at once)
2. Peel the backing off electrode pad and stick to lower abdomen or lower back where pain is most intense.
3. Long press power button to turn unit on
4. Short press power to select desired mode
5. Press + or - buttons to increase or decrease intensity (1-20). Auto shuts off after 1 hour, turn on again as needed.
Tap. tip: try each mode and see which one works best for you or use at directed by your physiotherapist or clinical specialist.

Do not use this device if you have a epilepsy, cardiac pacemaker, implanted defibrillator, or other implanted metal/electronic device. Use could cause electric shock, electrical interference, or death.
Contraindications:
1) The device should not be used in areas relating to lesions or internal bleeding from injury.
2) The device should not be applied over swollen, infected, inflamed areas or broken skin.
3) Electrode placement should be avoided in the neck, head and chest. This device is intended for use on the lower abdomen and lower back area.
4) Use of this device on a scar (ie, c-section) before proper healing could result in agitation of skin.
5) This device is intended for users over the age of 16 or with supervision.
6) Do not use device near water as there is risk of electric shock. Never apply pads to wet, oiled or lotioned skin. Store device in a dry place away from heat, water and freezing temperatures.
7) Do not place electrodes on top of each other when device is in use.
8) Discontinue if application of device feels uncomfortable and does not aide in the relief of pain or if you have an allergic reaction to sticky pad.

Replacement Electrode Pads
Our replacement electrode pads are medical-grade, reusable, and designed to work safely and effectively with Tap 2.0 when cared for properly.
Tap. Tip: These are often referred to as Electrodes in clinical settings and nicknamed "Pads" when referring to the adhesive pieces that transmit TENS from the Tap. unit to your body. We create a range of styles and sizes to suit your unique needs.
How long do electrode pads last?
Replacement electrode pads typically last aprox. 20 uses, depending on:
- Skin type
- Placement area
- Frequency of use
- How well they’re cared for
If a pad no longer sticks well, feels uncomfortable, or doesn’t deliver stimulation evenly, it’s time to replace it.
How to care for your electrode pads
Proper care extends electrode life and comfort:
- Apply electrodes to clean, dry skin only (no oils, lotions, or creams)
- After use, gently place pads back onto the clear plastic backing
- Store flat, away from heat and direct sunlight
- If electrode pads collect lint, you can lightly wet clean fingers with water, rub gently on adhesive (sticky) side of pad, air dry 5-10 mins, and reapply to the backing (do not scrub or use soap). Ensure pad is completely dry before next use.

- Electrode Pads are for external use on skin only
- Do not use on broken, irritated, or infected skin
- Stop use if you experience discomfort and contact our support team if unsure

We stand by your Tap 2.0. If you experience any manufacturing faults within 12 months, we'll make it right (accidents, misuse, and normal wear of electrode pads excluded).

Hi! I just wanted to thank you guys for how amazing the tap 2.0 is. I am a chronically ill 20 year old with POTS, MCAS, Fibro and CSID. I bought the tap 2.0 about three months ago and wanted to give you guys a glowing review.
It's super cute, compact and easy to take with me anywhere I go. The number of modes and intensities are amazing and there's one for every type of stomach pain I experience (I also found it helps with my bloating!). I love that it turns off after an hour because it means I can fall asleep with it on and not worry about it going for too long. The battery life is insanely good as well. The pads themselves also last an amazing number of uses (I've only just replaced ONE and I've been using it almost daily since purchase). The original cost and the cost of replacement pads are super affordable and definitely worth it for how much use and relief I get from this device.
I have tried A LOT of different products/devices for all my chronic illnesses and symptoms and this is by far one of if not not THE favourite thing I've used. Highly HIGHLY recommend. I love you for making this product and thank you again!!!
Amazing little device. I take it with me everywhere, it is amazing for period cramps, back pain associated with my pelvic conditions, and any other muscle pains that come along with my fitness activities. It gives me security that even if I get the worst pain, I will be able to get through whatever I am doing. Compact and discreet, my only complaint was that the cord was a bit short if wearing both a bigger pad and the corded electrode pads for back and belly coverage, but they have come out with a bigger cord... so problem solved. If it breaks I will buy another immediately. So much relief for such a well-priced item - thank you!!!

Amazing, works so well for relieving endometriosis and adenomyosis pain. The different settings are great and it’s a lot better than other tens machines I have used before. The only thing is my skin gets sensitive to the sticky pads after using for long amounts of time, but I am super sensitive!
I adore this machine and have sold it to so many people. I never leave the house without it now. She's compact, effective and has a wonderful battery life. Also love that the pads are gentle, as someone with super sensitive skin, I've had the pads in place for 24hrs with no irritation at all.
So grateful to have found something to get me through my pain. Recently being diagnosed with Adenomyosis has given me a reason for why I have a constant lower back pain and bad cramping, but my Tap 2.0 has given me relief! Everything arrived and worked as described. Unfortunately this device did not alleviate any of my lower back pain. Turns out tens machines don’t work for everyone.
We hire these to patients out of our general practice and they are very popular. Nearly 100% people purchase one from us after trying it. We sometimes pop it on patients in the waiting room if they are in pain. It is affordable, funky, discrete and most importantly, effective. We use it for period/pelvic pain and also for bladder treatment too (electrodes placed on the ankle) so it is a versatile TENS option. Could not recommend tap more highly. We love it and always have it on our shelf.

Great the charge lasts longer with the new usb connection but having trouble with the nodes cord making them last longer than a month of use before the connection starts to breaks

Exactly what i needed for my postpartum periods.
This machine has been truly a lifesaver for me as someone living with adeno/endo. It really helps me on days when I need to be upright for work, on transition days, and in that awful time before pain meds kick in if I have a particularly bad bleed. It has reduced my reliance on meds dramatically. I rarely leave reviews, but I had to come here and say how much of a blessing it's been for me in alleviating my pain.
